据省卫生健康委发布信息，3月15日，我省无新增新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例，新增治愈出院病例1例，无新增疑似病例，无新增死亡病例。截至3月16日0时，我省累计报告确诊病例539例，涉及21个市（州）。
正在住院隔离治疗20人（其中危重1人），死亡3人，治愈出院516人，现有疑似病例0例，正在接受医学观察231人。
截至目前，未发现外国人在川感染新型冠状病毒的病例。
全省连续11日无新增确诊病例。仅成都市武侯区为中风险县（市、区），其余182个县（市、区）为低风险县（市、区）。
3月15日，成都市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部发布第7号通告，进一步加强成都新冠肺炎境外疫情输入防控工作。主要内容如下：
1.通告中所称的境外抵蓉人员，指抵蓉之日起前14日内有疫情高发国家（地区）旅居史，从成都口岸直接入境或从其他口岸入境后转乘国内交通工具（包括航空、铁路、公路和乘坐私人交通工具等）来（返）蓉的中国公民、外国公民。
2.无论通过何种交通方式到达成都的境外抵蓉人员都必须第一时间主动向机场、高铁站、火车站、汽车站、所在社区（村）、接待单位或住宿酒店如实申报本人基本情况、入境时间、途经口岸、旅居史、健康状况等，并自觉配合属地疫情防控部门按相应管控措施立即进行流行病学调查、PCR检测和14日居家或集中隔离观察等疫情防控措施。
3.境外输入性病例医疗费用支付实行分类处理。参加基本医疗保险的，在回国过程之中，被确诊为新冠肺炎病例和疑似病例的，所发生的医疗费用，按照基本医疗保险的相关规定，在医保按规定支付医疗费用后，个人负担部分财政给予补助。未参加基本医疗保险的，在回国入境过程之中被确诊为输入型的新冠肺炎病例或疑似病例的，医疗费用由患者个人承担。参加了商业保险的，按保险合同执行。经认定的困难人员所发生的医疗费用，按照《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》等法律法规的相关规定，给予医疗救助。
4.境外抵蓉人员应如实进行健康申报，对拒不配合或故意隐瞒以及虚报填报，造成疫情传播或有传播严重危险的，根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》和《中华人民共和国刑法》有关规定，情节严重的将依法处以七年以下有期徒刑，并依法承担相应的民事赔偿责任。

I. Briefing on the epidemic
Latest updates by the Health Commission of Sichuan Province:
No new case of novel coronavirus disease was confirmed in Sichuan Province, with no new suspected case and no new fatal case, while 6 patients have been newly cured and discharged from hospital on Mar. 15th. As of 00:00 of Mar. 16th, 539 cases have been reported in 21 municipalities (prefectures) of Sichuan Province accumulatively.
At present, there are 20 under treatment in isolation (including 1 severe case), 3 fatal cases, and 516 patients have been discharged from hospital after recovery. Of the traced close contacts, there is no suspected case, 231 are still under medical observation.
Till now, no foreigner in Sichuan has been confirmed infected COVID-19.
No new case of novel coronavirus disease has been confirmed in Sichuan Province for 11 consecutive days. Only Wuhou District, Chengdu is regard as medium-risk county (city or district), while the other 182 counties (cities or districts) are low-risk counties (cities or districts) in Sichuan Province.
II. Public Focuses
On Mar. 15th, the Command Center of the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control of Chengdu issued the Announcement No. 7 on strengthening the prevention and control of imported COVID-19 case in Chengdu. The main contents are as follows:
1. The inbound personnel entering Chengdu as mentioned in this Announcement refer to both Chinese and foreign nationals who had traveled to or stayed in countries and regions at high risk before entering Chengdu port or transiting to Chengdu by domestic transportation (by plane, railway, roadway, and private vehicle) after entry via other ports in China.
2. All inbound personnel entering Chengdu, no matter by what means of transportation, shall truthfully report their general information, date of entry, ports passed, places traveled to or stayed in, and health status as required, to the airports, (high-speed) railway station, bus stations they pass, as well as communities (villages), reception organizations, and hotels upon their arrival immediately. They shall cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control departments for epidemiological survey, PCR test, and 14-day quarantine at home or designated places and other prevention and control measures as required.
3.The payment of medical expenses for imported cases from abroad will be classified as follows. For those who have registered in basic medical insurance of the People’s Republic of China and diagnosed as confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 while returning to China, the medical expenses incurred shall be covered according to relevant provisions of basic medical insurance, and the part undertaken by the individual will be subsidized by financial support. For those who have not registered in basic medical insurance of the People’s Republic of China and diagnosed as confirmed or suspected cases while returning to China, the medical expenses incurred shall be borne by the individual. For those who have participated in commercial insurance, the expenses shall be covered according to the insurance contract. For those who are identified to be in difficulty, the medical expenses incurred shall be assisted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other laws and regulations.
4. Overseas personnel arriving in Chengdu shall truthfully declare their health status. Personnel who refuse to cooperate, intentionally conceal or falsely declare the information, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or serious risk of transmission, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than seven years and shall bear corresponding civil liability for compensation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China.
四川省衛生健康委員会の発表により、3月15日に本省が新たに確認した感染者がいなく、新たに完治退院した患者は1名、新たな疑われる症例と死亡例はいない。3月16日0時まで、本省が確認した感染者は累計539名で、21の市と州に分布している。
現在病院で隔離治療を受けている患者数は20名（重症1名）、死亡は3名、完治退院したのは516名、疑われる症例がいなく、医学観察を受けている人数は231名である。
3月15日まで、本省で生活している外国人の中で、感染確定例はいない。
四川省は11日連続して新たな感染例がいない。成都市武侯区のみが中度リスク県＜市、区＞であり、他の182の県＜市、区＞はすべて軽度リスク県＜市、区＞である。
3月15日に、成都市新型コロナウイルス関連肺炎防止抑制指揮部が第七号通告を公表し、海外から成都への新型肺炎の輸入拡散をより一層防止制御するよう指示した。
1．海外から成都に入国した人員というのは、成都に到着する前の14日間以内に、疫情深刻な国家（地域）に渡航暦があり、成都より直接入国する人員、或いは他処より入国した後、国内交通機関（航空、鉄道、公路、個人交通機関など）を利用して成都に到着する中国人と外国人のことを指す。
2．いかなる交通機関を利用して成都に来た人員でも即時に空港、鉄道駅、汽車駅、コミュニティ、受け入れ機構或いは宿泊ホテルに通報し、本人の基本情報、入国時間、入国場所、渡航暦や健康状態などを提供し、地元感染防止抑制部門に協力して疫病学調査、PCR検査と14日間の在宅観察を受けるべきである。
3．輸入型新型肺炎患者の治療費用に関しては種類別で対応する。中国の基本医療保険に参入し、帰国した後に感染確認或いは疑い症例確認した場合、治療費用は基本医療保険の規定に基づき、自己負担部分が財政補助となる。基本医療保険に参入せず、帰国した後に感染確認或いは疑い症例確認した場合、医療費用は自己負担となる。商業保険に参入した場合、保険契約に従って実行する。支払い困難な人員に対し、認定を経てから『中華人民共和国伝染病防治法』などの法律に基づき、医療救助を施す。
4．成都に入国する人員は事実通りに健康申告すべきである。拒否したり嘘偽の情報を提供したりすることによって、新たな感染を引き起こす場合、『中華人民共和国伝染病防治法』と『中華人民共和国刑法』に基づき、七年以下の求刑と民事賠償が問われる。
