一、个人简介

胡凯锋,博士、教授、博士生导师、毕业于瑞士联邦苏黎世高等理工学院,获液态核磁共振技术博士,曾在美国NIH任研究助理,美国威斯康星大学任助理科学家。现任皇冠体育官网教授,课题组长,四川省“特聘专家”;兼任Phytochemical Analysis (PCA) 编委,中国生物物理学会代谢组学分会理事,中国生物物理学会生物磁共振专业委员会委员。

主要结合核磁共振技术和液质联用技术开展以下领域研究:(1)代谢组学;(2)结构生物学;(3)复杂混合物核磁共振和液质联用技术定性、定量方法开发;(4)中药药效物质基础与作用机制。

注重理论和技术方法创新,开发了一序列用于生物大分子研究的核磁共振新方法,以及用于代谢组学研究的定性、定量分析方法。拓展新技术、新方法的应用研究,借鉴代谢组学分析策略用于药效物质成分分析,开展疾病相关蛋白质的结构与功能关系研究,发展改良核磁共振方法用于靶向蛋白质的活性分子筛选研究。发表SCI论文近50多篇。
